12.    Art-exhibition Bonn-Berlin

I received a message from Kötzting that they have decided not to take responsibility for a next art-exhibition in 1997 in Bonn or Berlin. Are there other suggestions?

13.    Art-exhibition Sherborne House.

Specifications were promised by Sherborne to be presented during the Holstebro symposium.

14.    The Drop has fallen.

Organisational problems are such that Meerssen tends to cancel this proposal. Perhaps there are ideas for an activity on a more modest scale?

15.    Video European Heritage Project.

This proposal of Sesimbra was discussed in detail. (See minutes of the meeting point 10.

Nevertheless it appears that there are still indistinctnesses which need renewed discussion.

Other question is if any partner produced a video already.

16.    Douzelagenda.

What obstructed the diligence o f most of you to follow the example of Meerssen who sent you two Douzelagendas in the past period?

Certainly there must have been interesting news to report from your towns as was proven by the Douzelagenda sent in by Preveza.
