October to December Contacting enterprises for the preparation of files concerning student jobs in firms. Contacting young candidates for students jobs. List of both enterprises and students sent to Houffalize for dispatching. November 2002 Douzelage Plus magazine N°2. All douzelage activities concerning the beginning of the year 2002 7 dcember 2002 Library Exhibition on European Countries. During the whole year (one month for each country and the Douzelage town) an exhibition has been displayed at the library (mediathèque) for the information of the Granville population. The 7th december was devoted to those who were interested by the Douzelage. Members of GPE were there to explain, and show videos and posters about the Douzelage towns and try to find new members. February - March Studies about a future project to be effective in august : Sailing and environment Responsible of the project : André Gendre. Participants : Bruno Rosette, manager of the sailing station, Anne-Marie Le Corfec, environment visits. 15 March 2003 General meeting of the Granville Douzelage committee. March 2003 In spite of the cancellation of the musical meeting, 5 young Granville musicians whose plane fare couldn’t be reimbursed were invited to participate to the Altea musical bands rehearsals. Comenius : Invitation of Lycée La Morandière participants concerning the projet « making a poster about our town »: Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, France. 26 avril 2003 -4th may 13 young finnish and two teachers at Granville for a week.
